A: Certainly. Sample fees apply, but these will be refunded if subsequent mass production orders are placed.

Q3: What is your delivery timeline?
A: Samples can be delivered within 7 business days at the earliest. Bulk orders ship within 15 business days.

Q4: How do you handle defective parts?
A: Please provide photos of the product. Our engineers will promptly develop a solution and remake the parts for you.

Q5: What about your product quality?
A: We are committed to providing high-quality products and will supply authentic inspection reports before shipment. We will only ship with your approval.
